Yes. Please check as soon as possible that you have received all boxes, that everything is in good condition, and that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you experience a problem and wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can notify us up to a maximum of 14 days after delivery.
Within that time you can, without giving a reason, renounce your purchase. You then have another 14 days to return your order, e.g. for a refund.
Complaints about damages or defects must reach us within 14 days after delivery.
If you report the problem later, it will not automatically be covered by the right of withdrawal.
In such a case, we will examine together whether or not the complaint is covered by our guarantee policy. If it is, we will of course try to solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
