That's a shame, but no hard feelings. Based on your right of withdrawal, you can inform us about this up to 14 days after delivery.
Within that time you can, without having to give a reason, renounce your purchase. You then have another 14 days to return your order, after which we will obviously refund you after we have received it in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Important: However, if you bought a product made to order, such as a John, Linnea or Tokyo sofa or the tables from our Mortex collection, the right of withdrawal does not apply (BE/NL). You can also no longer cancel a purchase once the order has been placed.
You can also no longer cancel a purchase - of a product made on demand - once the order has been placed.
After all, there is a very real chance that the custom production process has already been started or even completed, or that production time, capacity and/or materials have been reserved especially for you, as a result of which we have had to refuse other orders and if possible have missed out (legal explanation [NL]).

To do this, first contact us via our returns request form, while adding your email address.
Then add your order number and the statement that you want to cancel your purchase - you don't have to give a reason.
If you paid by card in one of our brandstores, we would also like to receive the bank account number on which we can make the refund. If you made the purchase through our webshop, we will automatically refund you using the same payment method you placed the order with.

We would like to check whether your request is still within the withdrawal period - so please be patient and wait for our green light.
If you receive our approval by return email, please send or bring back the goods, preferably in the original packaging, at your own expense to:

The item must be unused and obviously free of damage. Once the package arrives in our warehouse, it will be thoroughly checked for signs of use or defects.
Would you like to return your furniture purchase, but it's too complex to arrange your own transport, then opt for some help from our logistics department. For a surcharge of €99.00 we will pick up your order. In that case, contact us via this request form and select the option My delivery or my return in the menu.
3 | Refunds
If the returned product is in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase sum and, if applicable, the delivery costs within 14 days of receipt of your return, in accordance with the currently applicable consumer rights.
The delivery fee is the amount you paid for the shipment of the product you want to return, i.e. from our warehouse to your delivery address. We will refund this amount entirely if it was exclusively for the delivery of this specific product, but not if there are other products in the same shipment.
Small piece of advice: give us a short message at info@furnified.com when you have successfully completed the return. This will certainly speed up your refund.
