Contact us as soon as possible via the request form, and select the option 'My received product or service' in the menu.
Add your order number, a description of the incorrectly delivered product, and a picture of it.
If the delivered item is indeed not the product you should have received, we will of course ensure that the correct product is delivered as soon as possible - even if you received the faulty item earlier via our Pick Up Points.
Furthermore, we will also make sure that you can return the wrong product easily and, of course, free of charge.
In this case, the wrong delivery was probably caused by an error in our own warehouse or with our logistics partner, but it goes without saying that this is absolutely not convenient for you. We apologise in advance for this mistake.
