If you or your neighbour aren't home at the time of delivery, both PostNL and DHL will make a second attempt to deliver your order.
If this attempt is also unsuccessful, they will take your package to the nearest PostNL location or DHL Service Point. They'll notify you about this with a note in your mailbox.
If you do not collect the package within 7 to 14 days, PostNL and DHL will return it to Furnified.
