Yes. Items that are not in stock are sold on reservation with a predefined availability date.
We ask you to pay a deposit to reserve the item in advance. Generally, these goods will arrive within 16 weeks of the reservation.
As soon as your order reaches the availability date, you will receive a request for final payment from our administrative department. After full payment, your order will be prepared for the logistics process. The same delivery and pickup terms apply here.
In rare cases, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, the delivery time may exceed 16 weeks. If the goods have not yet been delivered 16 weeks after receipt of your advance payment, we will of course offer you the option of refunding your advance payment.
