When exactly your purchase will be delivered depends on the delivery method. Our logistics partners will inform you about this through their own channels.
Our transport partners VPD (for Belgium) and BR8 (for the Netherlands) will contact you to agree on a delivery time. They will do this once they have transferred your furniture from our warehouse to theirs and checked the number of packages.
- VPD does this by phone or email. They deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 18:00.
- BR8 does this by email or SMS. Their delivery calendar shows several possible time windows where the delivery can take place. After confirmation you will be clearly informed by SMS with a 2-hour time window.
If it concerns a postal delivery, our partners PostNL and DHL will also inform you by e-mail of the shipping status of your package.
Via a tracking code, you will then be able to follow online where the parcel is in real time, and you will be given an indication of when your order is likely to be delivered to the address of your choice.
If you or your neighbor are not home at the time of delivery, both PostNL and DHL will make a second attempt.
If this also fails, they will bring your package to the nearest PostNL location or DHL Servicepoint. They inform you about this by a letter in your mailbox.
If you do not collect the package within 7 and 14 days respectively, PostNL and DHL will return it to Furnified.
If you wish to collect your order in our Pick-Up Points in Antwerp or Amsterdam, our logistics department will contact you by e-mail to fix a pick-up time.
