Our transport partners VPD (for Belgium) and BR8 (for the Netherlands) will contact you to agree on a delivery time.
They will do this once they have transferred your furniture from our warehouse to theirs and checked the number of packages.
- VPD does this by phone or email. They deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 18:00.
- BR8 delivers by email or SMS. Their delivery calendar shows several possible time windows where the delivery can take place. After confirmation you will be clearly informed by SMS with a 2-hour time window.
