What is Refurbished?
Refurnified is the second chance event from Furnified and Going Objects. After all, we are convinced that items with light to clearly visible imperfections can also conquer a nice place in your interior - and you will save a lot of money!
Sounds good! When should I be where?
The sale will take place on Saturday 11 June in our warehouse at Merantistraat 1, 2030 Antwerp - from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Just follow the Furnified arrows once you've reached the industrial zone, and you'll be fine!
2. SERVICES AND ADVICE
Can I reserve items in advance?
No. Refurbished works according to the 'first come, first serve' principle. Gone is gone - so set your alarm!
Can I be advised by your team with my purchase?
Yes and no. Our Refurnified sales team is mainly responsible for the practical handling of your purchase. Our employees are naturally happy to provide you with basic information about the products on offer, but are usually busy with purchases from other customers.
So if you need some more personal, thorough advice, be sure to visit our showroom at Noorderlaan 31, less than a 10-minute drive from Refurnified!
3. PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIONS
What do you mean by stock sale items?
Our stock sale items are products in used condition: samples, showroom models, customer returns, or photoshoot items. That is why we can offer you this furniture at an extremely affordable price.
Will items from your sister brand Going Objects also be sold during Refurnified?
Yes. As with the previous edition, you will also find a selection of second chance bathroom furniture. Make your move!
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept during Refurnified?
Cash only. Emergency? You will find an ATM on 't Eilandje!
Can I use my gift voucher during the stock sale?
No. Gift vouchers issued by Furnified or Going Objects cannot be used to purchase stock sale items.
Can the price still be negotiated?
No. Based on the condition of the products, we have attached a fair, reduced price. These stock sale prices are final.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Can I immediately take my purchase during the stock sale on 11 June?
Yes. The stock sale works according to the Cash & Carry principle. So you can load your purchase immediately!
What if I can't take my purchase immediately on June 11?
No problem. We provide two extra pick-up moments on Wednesday 15 June (from 1 pm to 4 pm) and Saturday 18 June (from 10 am to 2 pm). Just indicate this with your purchase, and we'll put your stuff away neatly.
What if my purchase does not fit in my car on June 11?
In that case, too, we will keep your purchase until the extra collection time of Wednesday 15 or Saturday 18 June - this way we offer you the opportunity to come by with a larger vehicle.
What if I can't pick up my purchase on Wednesday 15 June or Saturday 18 June? Is there a 'no show' fee?
If you are unable to pick up your purchase on June 18, we will consider your purchase as a revocation, and we will have to cancel your order.
However, preparing and processing your order took a lot of time. In addition, it is very unfortunate that a sought-after item was unnecessarily reserved, as a result of which other interested buyers missed their chance.
We will therefore refund the purchase price with a 30% reduction in administrative and logistics costs (with a minimum of € 50.00).
This refund will be made in our showroom in Antwerp. The easiest way to do this is to make an appointment via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I have my purchase delivered by your transport services?
No. You are always responsible for the transport of your purchase.
What about my transport and fuel costs?
These are at your expense in any scenario, and can never be compensated for by Furnified or Going Objects – whatever the reason.
Is my purchase packaged?
No. Stocksale items are not packaged. You have to arrange packaging and safe transport yourself.
Does the Pick-Up Point provide helping hands?
Yes. Our warehouse employees are happy to carry your purchase to - and if necessary: into - your car. Some items can be quite heavy, and we don't want you lifting a break!
6. ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE
Can I return or cancel my purchase?
No. Stocksale purchases cannot be returned or revoked. When your purchase has left the Pick-Up Point, a return is no longer possible.
Is there a warranty on stock sale items?
No. There is no guarantee on our second chances – what you see is what you get.
Can I contact you for installation, maintenance or repair tips?
