You are not (completely) satisfied with your purchase and want to return (a) product(s).
Not a problem in itself, but you would do well to follow the step-by-step plan below, because not every return is automatically eligible for a (full) refund.

To do this, first contact us via our return form, in which you enter your email address. Then add your order number, and the message that you want to cancel your purchase.
Finally, indicate which product you want to return and why exactly.
Important: If you want to return due to (transport) damage or a defect, it is best to contact us first via our damage form!
